Reference translation. This English text is provided for convenience only. The Japanese version is the authoritative original; in the event of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions on which you may use the website (the “Site”) operated by Vyshytech Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, you (the “User”) agree to these Terms.

  1. Scope

    These Terms apply to every aspect of the relationship between the User and us in connection with the Site. Any separate rules or notices that we publish on the Site form part of these Terms.

  2. Prohibited conduct

    When using the Site, the User must not:

    • breach any law or public order and morals;
    • engage in conduct connected with a criminal offence;
    • infringe the intellectual property, portrait rights, privacy, reputation or other rights or interests of us, other users or any third party;
    • damage or interfere with the servers or network behind the Site, or attempt unauthorised access or anything similar;
    • alter information on the Site, or obstruct its operation;
    • or do anything else that we reasonably consider inappropriate.

  3. Intellectual property

    Copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights in the text, images, logos, design and other content on the Site belong to us or to their rightful owners. The User must not copy, republish, modify, distribute or otherwise use them without the prior permission of the rights holder.

  4. Disclaimer

    We take all reasonable care over the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the information on the Site, but we do not warrant it. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we accept no liability for any loss arising from the User’s use of, or inability to use, the Site.

  5. External links

    The Site may contain links to external sites operated by third parties. We accept no responsibility for the content of those sites.

  6. Changes to these Terms

    We may amend these Terms where we consider it necessary, without individual notice. Amended Terms take effect when they are posted on the Site.

  7. Governing law and jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
