Privacy Policy
Vyshytech Inc. (“we”, “us”) handles personal information in our services and on this website (the “Site”) in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (the “APPI”) and other applicable laws and guidelines. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how we do so.
Definition of personal information
In this Policy, “personal information” has the meaning given in Article 2(1) of the APPI: information about a living individual which can identify that individual by name, date of birth or other description contained in it (including information that can be readily collated with other information and thereby identify the individual), and information containing an individual identification code.
Information we collect
We may collect the following personal information, by lawful and fair means:
- information you provide when contacting us or making a request — name, organisation, email address, telephone number and the content of your enquiry;
- information needed to perform a transaction or contract, such as contact-person details and transaction history;
- information collected automatically as you use the Site — IP address, browser type, browsing history, and identifiers such as cookies.
Purposes of use
We use personal information only within the scope of the following purposes:
- to respond to enquiries and requests, and to contact you;
- to provide our services, to enter into and perform contracts, and to provide follow-up support;
- to improve the Site and our services, develop new services, and raise quality;
- to send you information about our services;
- to comply with legal obligations, prevent misuse, and maintain security.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not disclose personal information to third parties without your prior consent, except:
- where required by law;
- where necessary to protect a person’s life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain consent;
- where we must cooperate with a national or local government body, or a party it has engaged, in performing statutory duties.
Use of processors
We may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes above. Where we do, we assess the provider, put a contract in place that includes confidentiality obligations, and exercise appropriate supervision over them.
Cross-border transfers
Because we carry out offshore development and work with partners abroad, we may transfer personal information to third parties located outside Japan. Where we do, we put appropriate safeguards in place in accordance with the APPI and other applicable laws, and obtain your consent where required.
Security measures
We implement organisational, personnel, physical and technical safeguards to prevent the leakage, loss or damage of the personal information we handle, and we supervise both our own personnel and our processors appropriately.

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to improve usability, analyse usage and improve our services. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
