Defense Tech — Combat Proven
Defense Tech
Combat-proven technologies that Ukraine acquired in the harsh environment of real warfare — drone technology, combat training simulation, and cybersecurity — introduced and deployed into Japan in phases.
Background
A paradigm shift in modern warfare
Recent wars have so transformed modern warfare that they are called “drone wars” and “robot wars.” New threats and countermeasures emerge daily, and weapons and tactics evolve at ferocious speed.
Sharing insight and know-how reflecting real combat feedback is highly effective for strengthening a defense posture. Vyshytech built relationships with Ukraine in offshore development and cybersecurity even before the Russian invasion. Not wartime opportunism, but a technology alliance grounded in years of trust — serving as a bridge between the two nations.
Our Position
Not a mere import agent
A partner for seamlessly bringing technology — evolving daily in combat — into Japan. Standing between the two nations, we drive technology transfer, localization, and the establishment of domestic co-production.
01Sourcing & introducing cutting-edge tech
We negotiate directly with combat-proven defense-tech firms to provide the latest hardware/software.
02Environmental adaptation & PoC
We design PoC schemes adapted to island, maritime, and archipelago defense, cutting risk by splitting adoption into phases.
03Domestic production & co-manufacturing
From an economic-security standpoint, we reduce reliance on specific-country parts and build domestic production lines with local makers.

Technology Ecosystem
The technology ecosystem we offer
Pillar 01Next-gen Drone & Robotics
Drone technology evolved around “low cost, mass deployment, China-free, swarm.” From EW-resistant control to low-cost, high-impact airframes and deep-strike capability. Cheap airframes counter expensive weapons — realizing “cost asymmetry.”
Pillar 02Combat Simulation
VR/simulator training reflecting real combat feedback. Without live rounds or real equipment, and with no risk of wearing out gear, trainees master tactics and rapid judgment in near-real conditions. Data shows a 50%+ improvement in success rates. It is least affected by regulation and best suited to early adoption.
Pillar 03Advanced cybersecurity integration
Technologies protecting the core of unmanned operations and network warfare: the deception system “Labyrinth,” cryptography & IFF (identification friend or foe), and offensive security (penetration testing). These are combat-proven technologies with a track record at NATO-affiliated and national institutions.

Optimized for Japan
Optimized for maritime & island defense
Ukraine’s lessons center on vast land warfare. Japan, by contrast, is an island nation, whose main surveillance and defense lines lie at sea and across its islands.
- ◆Maritime operating requirements
We verify salt-corrosion and wind resistance through data review and test plans.
- ◆Island-defense scenarios
We present unit-deployment and operational simulations for the Nansei Islands and beyond.
- ◆Layered air-defense study
We study low-cost, layered air defense against mass drone attacks.
Roadmap
Adoption roadmap (3 phases)
Early adoption of software & training
Adopt training simulators and cyber defense — verifiable immediately without regulatory hurdles — to build a track record.
PoC in designated environments
Move to hardware trials based on Phase 1. Evaluate performance and tactics at domestic test fields (maritime/island).
Co-production with domestic defense industry
Aligned with economic security, establish production lines with domestic makers toward full deployment.
